Itinerary
Day 1 – Ha Giang to Dong Van (~140km)
Ha Giang → Bac Sum Pass
Ride through one of Ha Giang’s most scenic and winding mountain roads.
Bac Sum → Quan Ba Heaven Gate
Stop at 1,500 m altitude to admire the panoramic view and the iconic Twin Mountain.
Quan Ba → Lung Tam Village
Discover the traditional H’mong village known for its handmade hemp weaving.
Lung Tam → Yen Minh
Cruise past rice fields and peaceful valleys on the way to Yen Minh.
Yen Minh → Tham Ma Pass
Conquer the sharp switchbacks of this legendary mountain pass.
Tham Ma → Lao Xa Village
Visit a quiet H’mong village nestled among rugged limestone peaks.
Lao Xa → Vuong Palace
Explore the historic residence of the H’mong King, blending French and Asian styles.
Vuong Palace → Dong Van (Overnight)
End your day in Sa Phin, surrounded by wild karst landscapes.

Day 2 – Dong Van to Du Gia (~120 km)
Dong Van → Ma Pi Leng Pass
Climb Vietnam’s most iconic mountain pass, suspended above the jade-green Nho Que River. Expect winding roads, jaw-dropping views, and a serious adrenaline rush.
Ma Pi Leng Pass → White Cliff Hike → Panorama
Stop at the Young Volunteers Monument and hike across Death Cliff and White Cliff. A 1.5-hour trek with epic views and close encounters with local life.
Panorama → Meo Vac → M-shaped Curve → Mau Due
Back on the bike, pass through Meo Vac and the dramatic M-shaped Curve. Break for lunch in Mau Due, a quiet mountain outpost.
Mau Due → Du Gia (Overnight)
Ride deep into Tay territory, with rice fields nestled in misty hills. Arrive in Du Gia by late afternoon, perfect for a swim or a peaceful stroll.

Nho Que River
Day 3 – Du Gia to Ha Giang (~100 km)
Du Gia → Duong Thuong Valley
Ride 10 km before entering a quiet valley surrounded by forested hills and fresh mountain air.
Duong Thuong → Thai An
Cruise through a lush forest road, offering peaceful scenery and occasional viewpoints.
Thai An → Thuan Hoa
Short but scenic route with stunning cliffside mountain views bathed in light and mist.
Thuan Hoa → Ha Giang
Return to Ha Giang for lunch. Early transfers begin at 3:30 PM for those with evening buses.
Early departure? Our driver will transfer you around 3:30 PM.
Not leaving yet? Extend the tour with a visit to Thon Tha & Ha Thanh Villages, followed by a refreshing swim at the Sixth Waterfall.
